Basically the same sentiments at 3:12 through to 6:23 of your commentary. I also greatly admire Neisha for the on point guitar tone which closely matches the original. What's truly amazing though is she's able to reproduce that with just one guitar whereas we see guitarists swapping instrument midsong. But I also give credit to Dad Secan not just for the mix but also for the guitar (lead, rhythm and bass), and drum tuning. I'm also not sure though how much is each ones contribution to the final sound.

Can I request Mr. Secan Alipio for a cover song that Neisha will take the drum set while Ice will do the guitar. I saw Ice doing bass guitar in one of the videos. I'm sure the kids are interested to learn different instruments that they have. They are multi-instrumentalists.
