Dude, your content is incredible! It’s amazing how you find the time to do it all. As someone else said, ozone generators work great for odors, it’s like black magic. For commercial extractors, if your city has a Mytee service center there’s a chance they sell them cheaper than you can buy online. Seeing your progression is really motivating!

Ever think about investing in a better shampooing machine? You can get the EZ spot for $600, 5 gallon tank, bigger head & saves sooo much time. If you want to get even fancier but not spend too much more you can get one with heat for like 1k-1.3k. Totally worth it.

You should be able to find a decent used portable carpet/upholstery cleaner. You might also want to look at a used ozone generator if you have more with odor issues. There are some precautions to know before using an ozone generator. But, they are super effective at removing odors.

Good stuff man I’ve been getting 3-6 pallets here and there and I’ve ran into the same issues but have learned which pallets to bid on and which ones to stay away from. Being in the freight business I’ve seen a lot of things so I know how stuff gets damaged! I did buy some pallets with all new sectionals still in box but people don’t want to buy anything over 1k it seems like, at least here in my area. Thanks for all the updates man! If you ever have one that isn't even worth taking to the auction but still usable consider donating it to an animal shelter, habitat for humanity, half way house, etc. I believe you can write that off on your taxes! Also, for pet smells Jackson Galaxy spray is amazing. Get yourself a blacklight to track down pet issues to really know where the problem is. Great video!

If you treat the service person very respectfully they will get you any part they have available to them shipped straight to your address. Also find a class for upholstery repair. They have tons of products to mask any damage!!!!

You can use a shop vac! I spray my couches with a cleaning solution using a garden pump sprayer, brush them with a soft bristle brush and extract the water with my shop vac. I bought a clear upholstery cleaning attachment for 20 on Amazon.

The damaged pieces you should still be able to sell even if its for $500 or shoot $100 just to get rid of it. A small rip to some may not be a big deal if they are getting a full set brand new for cheap.

Depends I believe. I’ve got damaged furniture and they’ve refunded back the percentage I paid for the load. You will not get back any money that’s paid to shipping just for the actual pallet

It depends. Some couches are 1k+ profit, some a couple hundred, and sometimes I do take a loss or breakeven. The 19 number is inflated because I sold a variety of items that I had in the warehouse 👍
