It either has water in one of the side tanks or it is just really full of fuel. They sit pretty low in the water but that would be a little too low for my liking especially in high water. When you make a sharp bend water will ease up over the bottom deck when that low so you better keep the doors closed and water tight. Looking at the other vessel it is made similar and it is low as well maybe not quiet as low but both are really low so it must be normal. I would rather not be that low in high water so I would not take on a full load of fuel if me. However the one advantage of being low is they stop better which is great if going down river in high water but they are going up river and stopping is easy when you are barely moving..lol
