Wow, Jen! You make it look so easy! I love your tutorials, but they are much harder for me when I do them myself. I got some very cheap nail stripers and dotting tools on Amazon. one way u can make a dotting tool is to pull apart a bobby pin and use the ends, or take one of those pins made for keeping together pieces while your sewing and stick the pointy end into an eraser of a pencil. then use the circular part. i tried making a striper but it didnt work. theyre really cheap tho. i got 3 for 8 dollars at cvs

I love your designs! they are so creative. i have a question: when you are using your dotting tool, what do you use to get your polish on the tool? do you put some extra polish on a piece of paper? or something else? you always get great dots, but mine turn out the same size even though i use diff size tools. thanks!

Put a little dot of polish from your brush onto some paper or aluminum foil. The foil is good because it keeps the polish dot from drying up super quickly. :)
