I use brown noise! I kind of trained myself to sleep when I hear it lol so I go to bed around 9pm and fall asleep instantly once I put my sleep playlist on, idk how you don't crash early I'm up at 7.30 and asleep by 10 props to you for staying up late to work xx

I honestly feel you with the early morning practices I have rhythmic gymnastics training that starts at 5:00 am every single morning before school and it literally drains me so much it feels like It's already been a whole day and then I still have classes to go to.

I did a social media fast a couple of weeks ago and did not use them at all for a week and that was the week i actually went to to bed super early and got all my work done!! I also felt so good and peaceful (but ik it’s your work so you might no be able to but if you can i really recommend it it gives your mind a break and allows you to focus on God and really just things that make you happy) ❤
