I wrote this song while reflecting on Earth Day and the poem “Allowables” by Nikki Giovanni. From a young age, may we communicate that we don’t hurt things just because we’re scared. Seeing and honoring the life of bugs can set a foundation for seeing and honoring life at large. 💚
