We are in New York City, where farm raised salmon is $30 a pound, and a Costco trip is regularly in the $400-$700 range. We went to Washington state, and wild caught salmon with $10 a pound, and the peaches were amazing at Costco.

Ok. I have made this salad for breakfast and it is absolutely fantastic. I love it. Like a pizza in a salad! My kids loved it too. The only thing I did different was use garden veggie pasta but flavor was great. Ty!
