This is so cool, I wish my state would do this. It's really neat that she was the start for the UFO publication for MUFON, a very important person in spreading information on UFOs back in those days. I hope MUFON has her name in their historical files as an VIP in the start of MUFON.

Lots of spooky thing happen here in the Ozarks. For the most part, these are very rural, rugged, areas. If you draw a line from Poplar Bluff to Springfield to Rolla and back to the Bluff, you will have an area that is not only inaccessible, but has it's own culture, that is very distinct; more Appalachian than prairie...People around here have been claiming to see things in the sky for well over a 100 years. I was in the service when the lights at Piedmont were seen by so many people...I know some of those folks, and they really believe they saw something that wasn't explainable.
