Hi Adriana! all of the flowers are attached with wire stems to the styrofoam ball. You could add a little hot glue to the end of the stems for extra support. The flowers in the glass globes are actually just placed inside with an LED tea light. If you wanted to attach flowers to the gem garland, hot glue would do the trick. Hope this helps! Hi Giselle! You will definately have to assemble on site! We suggest you do it in 2 parts the base and then the dome. In addition add the hanging tea light holders on site. It will take 10-15 minutes for a team of 2 to assemble one centerpiece. Hope this helps! XOXO MissPlanIt
