This is just constructive criticism, Remi fans please don’t come for me. I love her! I just wanted to say that this was my favorite episode. Having Alisha there helped me feel like even I could make these foods and I think it also caused Remi to break things down even more. Like some of the things most cooks know like the noodle trick, I didn’t know! I love the vibe of this video. I think you guys balanced each other well and I’d like to see more guest chefs that are inexperienced and hope for more break downs. 😜❤️❤️❤️

Tip, a little olive oil in the pasta water while it cooks will help it from sticking. I make the same exact vodka sauce but with a different noodle I like to do it with a rigatoni! So fun and yum, great tips too Rem! ❤
