I also really like that this is a 30x40 lot because in general a lot of homes are built on 30x20 and you have to pick between so many great builds as to which to place in the world which sucks 😂 more 30x40 and 30x30 builds would be awesome 🥰

I feel like so many people have stories about how they injured their feet or legs on trampolines. One time I was at a friend's party and I got off their trampoline. Turns out, that would tear my Achilles heel and I walked on my worn out heel for weeks, mostly carrying my heavy schoolbag, untreated. I was around twelve or thirteen at that point. Love the build!

OMG i also have trouble with my right ankle, i was jumping around in the house because i was still young and my ankle folded kind of to the inside and a bruise the size of a tennis bal grew on my ankle turns out i had actually ripped a muscle. I could'nt properly walk for a week and my ankle had to be tapped in but luckaly i am fine now! When ever i sprain my ankle it is always that right ankle

I can see that if it was a bedroom for a kid or a bedroom for a teen because school and all trust me I know my dad got me a tv once along with an original Super Nintendo game system and my mom TOLD HIM NO her TV and her game SYSTEM system in the LIVINGROOOM she can play it but it stays in the Livingroom
