Wache, fried fish with banku...their maize is fermented for days then taken to the posho meal. There is yam ni kama nduma yetu. Plantains , kotembree stew. Hizo leaves za nduma plant wa pika kama mboga ( maskuma yao). Plenty dry fish, tuna,tilapia etc.. Nyama huko ni expensive. They like wele ,hapa ni ngozi hatuli .
