Tried the three day fast and I almost passed out😫😫😫 though in January I did the 21 days fast and it was amazing, I'm actually living to testify the doing of the Lord,like literally almost everything I fasted and prayed for God answered 🥰🥰🥰 hoping go do the 3 days fast on my leave days

Hey dear. This was so inspiring thanks. Next time don’t break the fast with porridge or eggs. They are still heavy for your gut. Just do potatoes that are mashed almost porridge looking and veggies as you build up. If you can get Arch. Bishop Harrison Ng’ang’a’s book on fasting. Very insightful. It highlights on different days of fasting and how to break them. Very insightful and humorous as well. Otherwise I love what you are doing. ❤❤❤❤
