I visited this shop on Monday to buy a zip and wear saree. But the customer service is really bad, No one attends the customer sincerely. They either keep a rude face or stare at you or they don't mind you at all. No one explains about any saree available as explained by the owner in this video. After checking 2 saree they said we can't show more than 2 saree unless we pay and buy a saree that too one more extra can be shown if one saree bought. When asked how a saree could be bought without opening they said to see color just outside and buy. But the sales girl was wearing the saree and roaming in the shop for fun and they also discriminated against customers based on their size. Also no size alteration for the ready made sarees and no border stitch also. Influencers check the shop as a customer and post based on customer service not based on the owner's achievement. Don't just post videos for your revenue increase alone.
