Yay for the shout out to massage therapists! I'm also a Stretch Coach (mobility and flexibiliry). Jase, you all need to be stretching on a regular basis, especially for all the muscle groups utilized in the sport of golf so that you don't injure yourself!

The problem with mandatory water baptism is it turns your salvation into something your doing to get salvation. “Works” but I do agree that it is something every believer should do but I don’t believe you have to do it to be saved. You can be baptized 100 times but if you don’t have Jesus in your heart it’s not going to matter. But if you believe in Jesus you’re saved. Romans 10:9-10.

@@David-rz9yk every conversation didn’t. Check out Cornelius’s family in Acts. They believed and were saved and baptized with the Holy Spirit (exactly how it happened for me). Then they were baptized in water later. I do also believe I will see the Robertson’s and you, David, in eternity. Yes to Romans 10:9-10!!!

If you drink a lot of water, go home take a hot shower, continue drinking water throughout the entire day you will not be sore from the massage. Water is so important as it flushes out your system where all of those lactic build-ups were!

Deep tissue massage keeps me from feeling like I've got one foot in the grave. The first one I had, I told the massage therapist that it felt like I needed their thumb stuck under my shoulder blade. 30 minutes of work and I could turn my head and shoulder again.

Just fyi. Lactic acid is gone a few minutes after exercise and doesn’t cause muscle soreness. Microinjury to muscle fibers cause soreness. It’s a misnomer that’s been passed on by many
