I grow my own cannabis in my spare room in Mylar tents. I have been smoking for over 10 years daily except occasional small breaks for like a week at a time. I smoke several times a day. But I used to get panic attacks sometimes when I first started. After you start smoking daily, your tolerance isn’t the same as somebody who smokes once in a blue moon. I can smoke weed or take dabs of live rosin and do anything. I smoke before I go to work but sometimes it back fires. It can increase your anxiety and make you have panic attacks from the increased heart rate shortly after you inhale thc. I grow a lot of different strains and I feel that certain terpene profiles have a much higher chance of giving me anxiety, strains that have lemony (limonene) or terpinolene which is sort of a piney-citrusy type of smell. Those strains can make my heart race and make my mind race too hard to control my thoughts

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a few years ago, and the way hitch described looking for vegan food is how I have to live with gluten free food; there’s gluten in everything, soy sauce at sushi restaurants, seasonings on steaks, all sorts of crap; and I can’t be contaminated or ill horribly sick, so if someone prepping the food touches gluten, and then touches my food ill still get as sick as if I ate gluten
