Braille text is a method of communication which is normally used by blind people in which the script or the printed text is raised for the blind people to feel and recognise the written text , dotted condoms have the same raised dots for extended pleasure. Since the blind person cannot see the condom, he will touch it to figure out what exactly is written on it, that was the joke. @saberx @tanish yadav
