Like others who have commented I can confirm that there is a metal grate over that hole now but if you attack it you'll see that it takes damage. If it takes damage it can be broken. It took me 20 grenades at 4 points of damage each and then about 100 explosive arrows at 6 points each and I blasted a section out of the grate. Just make sure you're hitting the same section every time. Then I was able to drop in and grab the treasure just like your video shows. (I'll do anything to avoid going into the shroud because I hate it!)

There's another quicker and easier way to climb up near button one, You go out the window behind the chest in the room with the breakable door. Along the ledge to the beam, jump onto the beam, turn back to the wall of the room direction and jump up a few times to get to the roof

That's wha I did too. Right after breaking through the door at 2:56 face left. There's a ledge running along the wall, allowing you to jump onto a beam. From the beam jump up to the roof.

Great guide for finding all those pesky buttons. Seems that the devs have added an iron grating on the roof to stop you dropping directly into the treasure room now tho
