It's called Mister Danger by Tanyo. The black clips in the corner when installed rotate the plastic man a bit so it misses all the pegs. Remove the clip and man rotates back then open the box. Edit: Only after someone liked this comment I released I posted this on the wrong video, one where they only showed the trick. You would think after over 20 years of internet that I would have learnt to use it by now 🙂

Alright guys: here’s the real answer. The outline that the orange figure sits in is deeper than we think. When the bottom clip is attached, the figure is tilted sideways out of the way. When the clip is removed, he’s placed back neatly in the silhouette.

I thought this puzzle was really clever, but that’s exactly what it is, just a puzzle. Some people don’t know the difference between a magic trick and a puzzle. Only puzzles have solutions, where as magic tricks should be entertaining and mysterious enough (Key work mysterious) that the audience doesn’t even care how the trick is done.
