Power Estimate: Ravonna Renslayer feels like a perfect fit in Mister Negative necks now, offering a way to cheat Mister Negative early and a backup plan to discount many of its cards. At 10:10 I think a much better play is to play Knull left, Zola the iron man and abandon right, you get 35+ left and mid

Try Adam Warlock. Cost reduction from Ravonna makes him a 1 drop which makes him ok. But if Negative flips him then not only is he a 0 cost 2 power card but you get another negative draw (sometimes 2 or 3 more draws) which makes him a really good card.

I have a different loadout for my negative deck and on the season got +300 cubes with a win rate of around 30%. I love it because it really teaches you how to retreat.

This is just the right buff for her, not to mention putting her power into 1 instead of 2 is the icing. Tips: When you put her on cloning vats, your Ravonna in hand is already discounted, talk about Renception

I also got frustrated with the inconsistency of Mr negative decks, in spite of how much I love him. Lately, I've been playing around with Mr. Negative + Bast. It feels much better when you have another big swingy (though not as absurd) card that you can draw to drastically improve the consistency. I had forgotten that Ravonna was changed. I will try her in that version. I had tried her when she was 3/3 and she was just too clunky. I also have been having fun with Nico Minoru, since two of her spells are great when playing "bad" cards like Mr.Negative (destroy+draw 2, and turn to demon), and the other spells are just toolboxy and useful.

Hello Regis, how are you doing? I cooked a negative deck similar as yours a few time ago. It adds Darkhawk, Killmonger, Jubillee and Zabu and removes Psylocke, White Tiger, Wolfsbane and Shang Chi. It seems to work way more consistently since your discounters work even if you don't draw Mr. Negative and Bast can fix some hands. You could also run alioth in my shell and Knull would go crazy.

This deck would be fun if Mr Negative didn't have the hidden passive where your opening hand is consistently Knull, Arnim Zola and Iron Man, bricking the deck. Really hope they patch this out.

I always wondered if its better to copy Iron man than it is to copy Knull with Zola. Knull scales higher but isnt the two Iron man doubling the power in two spots better most of the time?

You can usually do the math when the scenarios happen... on a board where you've only played negative into knull zola... knull adds 12 to both lanes... but iron man adds 10 to one and 9 to the negative spot. The math will change based on what is in each lane and if you have a shang target... and of course if any locations or opponent has done any destroying. Its not strictly better to copy one or the other all the time.

Should have played the Zola mid with the orka and could have buffed the knull even bigger! (First game) also first time hitting infinite was with this deck. Ravonia at 2 is such a buff. You can even mystique her on 3 if you have nothing else to play and can even create some pretty good pop offs without negative. 40% winrate with +30 cubes lol.

Shang chi in a negative deck? You tend to steam roll over your opponents if you can land your negative so I would rather replace with magik to give yourself an extra turn. Also I would replace knull with wong because it gives you more win conditions with white tiger, wolfbane or iron heart
