I had the Electric Fisherman Electric Knife for several years and it wasn’t too bad. I then discovered the “Bubba Blade” Electric Knife which is outstanding and I think is a better Electric Knife. Thanks for sharing

You should try scaling the fish and leave the skin on after you fillet the fish because to me its easier than trying to separate the fillet from the meat and the skin taste great
