Medyo confused lang po ako sa example nyo. Yung sa A intent to kill B and B has died at sabi nyo homicide. Kasi sa pagkasabi nyo kanina kapag po INTENTIONAL ay murder. Kasi di po naman negligence ang naging sanhi. Please enlighten me. Thank you po
