If you put a negative spin on sunlight, it could be compelling enough to keep you from basking in it's warmth. The "Kerr effect" in this case aims to dim the light of an effective theory.

I love how you have made this concept so simple and understandable. I would like to cite this video in my classwork for a class as GCU. Would you give me the APA citation for your video, please?

If the parallel is employee satisfaction and efficiency of production, then showing interest in the employees IS in fact the evidence of an underline interest in productivity. It's only manipulation if it isn't sincere. It's only insincere if one isn't concerned with productivity, assuming they believe in the parallel.
@MisterSimplify4 жыл бұрын
That's true. In essence, not everyone doing good things for another person is doing it with ulterior motives. It just varies from person to person really!

Good Presentation!. If the "Hawthorne Effect - Specifics" can be related to the experiment done, that would have been more helpful. To explaina bit more - rather than simply saying one of the conclusions were "Working Together in Groups" is a positive derivative of the study, if it can be explained which part of the study influenced such conclusion, that would have been more helpful. Good presentation overall though. Thank you.

your lessons are top notch and the way you explain really suits me. If you could explain planning , organising and controlling (eg. Hello Matt. Soft music serves as a relaxant and increases people's attentiveness. We do receive occasional compliments on the music being helpful. It certainly has been toned down though in recent videos.
