Thank you, Mr. Woo. I’ve been enjoying your videos lately. My math teachers back in the 80s were pretty good, but they didn’t come close to explaining the reasons or theory behind the formulae as well as you do. If they had, perhaps I would have stuck with engineering in college. Your students are very lucky to have you as their teacher. Cheers, and Happy Holidays to you.

Jack Mandu or perhaps if u had done some research on your own instead of solely relying on teachers. Maybe then you would’ve stick with engineering

Sam K - It wasn’t the math, it was Fortran that was my downfall. I eventually switched to life science and have done pretty well with it, so I don’t have any regrets.

Thank you mr woo for creating these videos, I never understood why sine and cos graphs work that way and now I do 😊.

Thank you, Mr Woo. I have watched several videos on the same subject, very good videos though, simply I like to always watch the perception of the subject from several teachers. Your course about how to graph Trigo Functions enabled me to resolve some questions that others haven't been able to resolve. Once again Thank you!

It could be the greatest gift for the students of the world if you finish all the syllabi of schools and even Btech Bsc It is trully going to overhaul the students learning experience synergised with their school learning🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊

I still don't get one thing, why is the range of tangent function infinity, When it's made up of cos and sin which have [-1,1] as range?
@renatoemersencorderio486 ай бұрын
let’s say x approaches 90. as x approaches 90, cos x approaches 0, and sin x approaches 1. this means that sin x is divided by a very small number. think about 1/0.00001. this means that tan x would approach infinity as tan x = sin x / cos x

A GOOD EXAMPLE OF TEACHER CENTER: This teacher is very very knowledgeable but i wonder if he is teaching in high school students or college students. it seems like he is just lecturing. he does not get any feedback from students. he asked questions and he answered himself basically like a TV show, not really having students engaged in the discovery. This is the old fashion teaching, ( teacher center ) . I m also a math teacher in the states, and i will kill my class by just lecturing. i rather asked my students watch some youtube classes online at home then do activities( hands-on) in class. what he is doing is throwing stuff at his passive students, and i don't see what they students are doing ( probably sleeping). This teacher with all due respect, it is all about him, not about the students. I would like to see a teaching process more like student center, not teacher center.

He is getting feedback from students, he is just teaching the information first- the students interrupt when they’re confused
