S7-1200 PLC stepper control V2.0

Bought a robust #linearaxis (ball screw, linear bearing & #stepper) and a stepper driver for it from eBay, total $110 USD. Then re-write the #Siemens TIA portal project to fit everything into an FB so it can be instantiated and used for multiple axes (up to 4 according to the documentation). Also wrote a Visual Studio C# (#csharp) runtime to control the operation.
