I would say Fire first because you already have Lingguang, try to get Jinwu then you can SS her in the RD shop. You can then go for Kuramitsuha and potentially Izanami for the Ice team, or, upgrade your Shadow team with Selene or S Oneiroi. Lastly aim for Luliang for the future Wind team (but just Luliang because all other Wind DPS will be powercrept)
