Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
250g Minced pork
1 Tomato
5 cups Water
1 Bouillon cube
60g Misua noodles
2 heads pak choi/pechay
Salt & ground black pepper for seasoning
Spring onions (optional)
