hey was hoping you can help me, i followed the video but when i hit play mario just goes straight up in the sky and stays there. so i added the gravity and now he goes below the platforms i can't figure out how to keep him walking on the platforms as well as being able to jump properly without staying the sky or going under the platforms

the mario is moving but then its at a single image

Look at your "startGame" procedure For the below setting Format = ((?-?)-?) e.g set MarioSprite.Y [to] ((Canvas1.Height - PlatformSprite.Height) - MarioSprite.Height) Change for all of the below settings in"startGame" procedure. set MarioSprite.Y [to] set globalGround [to] set globalPosition [to]

Click our touch your phone screen after making the changes and refreshing the emulator or phone. Mario should jump when you touch or click.
