8:48 I don't know if you are aware, but that monster in the mural is a war criminal Ratko Mladic, who is currently rotting away in one of the European prisons after he was sentenced for committing genocide against Bosnians in Srebrenica, as ruled by the court in the Hague. It is so sad to see that Serbs glorify war criminals like this... Very ominous.
