This is so crazy to hear. So glad you’ve done this series and that Mitch was brave enough to say what happened. I’ve always wondered what happened after the show and now looking back with an older perspective I’m pretty blown away.

Literally the oddest thing about the pimples... LA is gross - I used to love how, in skins, you could see everyone's pimples, even through the makeup which looked very makeshift and teenagery too. I loved how the jewellery and underwear they wore looked so primark-y - why would you want to get rid of that human stuff? It breaks the 4th wall like nothing else!

Skins played an indirect role in what I am doing in my life now actually. What a great episode this is. Short story. We had a foreign exchange student in my upper school for a year who came from a town near the border of Austria. We started dating for a while and we absolutely binged on both the first 2 seasons of Skins. Absolutely loved it. We are only a year younger than you guys so could relate to all the stuff that was going on. Long story short, these binge sessions meant we spent a lot of time with each other, thus leading to me visiting, and eventually moving, to her home area. Nearly 10 years on, I am still here. I genuinely believe we wouldn't have built such a solid friendship with each other without the countless binge sessions on the first 2 series of Skins. Appreciate your work.

I'm sure this isn't a unique feeling to the film industry but just saying I can totally relate to the feeling of failure Mitch was talking about. I work as crew and maybe because it's like being self employed and running your own business that is constantly going through changes and making contracts etc etc. but I dread the approach to the end of a job. The question "so what are you going on to next?" We are constantly living in the future anxious about the next job that we are never living in the moments that are happening right now. And then when you don't have a job to speak of coming up next... Worse feeling.

Wow, I'm actually the same age as the Skins cast. That means when I watched it I would have been a teenager. Now I feel old. And Hollywood sounds horrendous, poor Mitch :(

I watched skins in 2017 and was really impressed by the 1st and the 3rd generations. It's so sweet to watch them now, thank you, April! Even though I don't have Russian subtitles, it's so fun and easy to watch it because you spell almost everything so clear! Greetings from Russia, guys, love you ❤
