We have leadership problem with indian team. To understand it we have to define what does leader do There is three type. Negative , Neutral and Positive also combination of this. Negative negative , Negative neutral , Positive neutral , neutral neutral and postive positive. That would be too confusing so lets keep it to 3 1) Negative leaders bring negative thinking. Make every one think negative and insecured and made sure everyone suspect each other. Every one try to trap each other. selfish interest and self protection is name of the game. Some negatives ness creep in. insecurity creeps in. Loose brick without concrete. One push gone. infighting is hidden 3) Positive leaders bring positive happy attitude. Players have energy boost. Feel secured. Play as a team. Players feel they gets rewarded mentally or moneywise for their performance. They ready to sacrifice themself for greater goal. brick wall with concrete. No infighting Now Bumrah (rooster) is number 3 Positive leader. Cummins and mcdonald is roosters Rohit is number 2 Neutral leader.
