In general in the last 10 years food science has made a huge impact on strongman. For the top tier the strategy of just stuffing as many calories eating what you want has given way to structured, performance based meal plans. It is interesting to see the differences in the meal approaches depending on body type, how it makes the athletes feel, etc.

The monster mash looks like such a good meal idea. I'm always looking for something I can bulk-cook to portion out through the week and this definitely does the trick. I'd probably sauté a few veggies to go with that, but so solid! I've had your orange juice and yogurt concoction a few times for breakfast, also delicious.

Try with Bulgarian yogurt, its better than the Greek one, it has more gut bacteries and you can add water and salt in it for better drinking

Milk bags were introduced in the 1960s. About a decade later, Canada began converting to the metric system, which meant dairy producers had to replace and resize existing milk containers, which were then measured in imperial quarts.

I hate to disagree with hooper on the statement that strongman do not burn a lot of energy, when i made the change from regular strength training to training like a strongman in the span of the first 4ish month i lost 7kg which is about 15,5 lbs without changing what or how much i eat. Which goes to show that you actually burn a fair amount more as a strongman compared to a powerlifter or bodybuilder.
