awesome ! I use some of them in my work ,for little workpieces (4mm*2.6mm*1.4mm), I like the miteebite. quality control it's the most important thing in manufacturer. I hope in next video can show us ,with Electric torque screwdriver，it more easy to use ,and it's make sure miteebite don't hurt the workpieces, and most important thing is, everyone can make the same high quality.i can make it under -/+ 0.01mm, how is it ?

Easier said than done, you can make the shape but not all shops are set up to harden them. Also time is money, sometimes its easier to buy off the shelf. I do make my own expanding mandrels though, the mitee bite ones are crazy expensive.

@@AlexMageethefirst As a mold maker it is common to work with hard steel wire edm surface grinder as well as cnc. A good thing to think about when things are not so busy.

@@movingforward. I'm a one man band garage shop type outfit. I would love a EDM, but its not in the budget unfortunately.

@@AlexMageethefirst if you are working with aluminum they dont need to be hardened. i made them in my lathe in 1 op out of ss a bar at a time.
