No matter what I try, I get a some chip out on the melamine. The best fast solution I currently have is moving the saw through the cut painstakingly slowly, making for a slightly burn cut Poland overheating blade, but a pretty good cut that needs very little to no touch up pen. The perfect solution is cut how I want then finish the edge with router and that leaves a perfect edge but takes more time and effort. Any tips? Beyond using tape, scoring first etc? I use those already and not giving me results I want (I might be aiming for perfection and need someone to tell me the pros don't chase perfect 100% edges)
@CAVjoinery3 ай бұрын
I have the same problem but not on all laminate just on high gloss ones but on the grain ones i just do it usuali lower the speed of saw and do it in 2 passes scorring etc

With Festool table saw you will recommend for kitchen fitter , new one is on battery but I prefere with cord ?
@CAVjoinery9 ай бұрын
The new one looks ok as is very compact but you still need a stand for it so it get bigger i love mine because it has already built in legs and it can be used as a bench work as they it has room for clamps and is not to big and not too small either like the one on battery looks too small
