That's some intro song, Dave, real class! You've hit the country music scene big time. Nice to see Dave out with you too. I actually know where you are starting from too. I've only watched the 1st minute! Back to the video. Ashley

Very entertaining video, Dave. You had some nice weather for this one, it makes a change for late October. I've never heard of those stone circles before. As always, you get fantastic views just about everywhere you look around that area. Keep 'em coming.

aye ya cant go wrong with old illgill like.. not a big fan of stone circles, think its actually the first ones ive ever seen.. too much of a religious spiritual thing for me which i am neither.. thanks lad, tek care :)

Always interesting to see a fell approached from a different direction. Mind you 14 miles is a bit much for me, I'd need an overnight camp (or two!). Looks like I missed the stone circles by just a hundred yards or so by taking the direct path to Eskdale to the left of that big mound instead of heading right.l

Another really good walk in nice weather. Autumn colours were a picture. I've done the two Alf Ws of course but nice to see the others which are new to me. Always thought Burnmoor tarn an interesting place to be though it's not as picturesque as many.

yea its just a very basic tarn blocked in by hills in each direction, nice place for a larl house tho and ya can never go wrong with a walk across illgill... cheers, tek care :)
