Mitnija projects: the Quadrum Business Center in Vilnius

Mitnija is building the Quadrum Business Center: the only one of its kind in Lithuania. The company was entrusted with the construction of the tallest of the complex’s three buildings - a 17-story tower of more than 21,000 sq. m - and a three-level underground parking garage underneath. The Quadrum business center, developed by the Norwegian property developer Schage Real Estate, is currently under construction on the right bank of the Neris river in Vilnius.
