Is the ground floor locked off? It’s just that I see that notice about having to go down to the basement and go up the travellator to the shop (which I assume is the ground floor)

The ground floor is the staff entrance to the shop and the meeting room. I didn’t check if it’s locked off but it probably isn’t seeing as you can access it from the stairs.
