I’m too lucky to realise this when my CVT started acting up around 160k-km. Got the fluid and filters changed, and it’s all good now.

I did the same process but now when I go for drive car engine light comes on with low secondary pressure code and I changed the fluid twice changed the pressure solenoid but same issuse

very useful, and informative video, thanks for it! Will do a CVT oil change in my 2008 Lancer. Sump filter was recently changed, but the cooler filter wasn't. Do I need to drain all the oil from the transmission to change the cooler filter? my other problem is, I cant get my hands on genuine Mitsubishi CVTF J1, will Motul Multi ATF work for me? Thanks in advance!

Hey, can you give me an update on changing the oil, was it easy? I will use Castrol Transmax cvt as recommended by Mitsubishi in my country.

@@luciano12sa no, its not a big deal, if you have some kind of experience, its a piece of cake. I used Motul CVT-F, as genuine Mitsubishi CVT fluid is not avilable in my country. Cheers!
