Mitsubishi Lancer EX dashboard removal and usb

A short video to demonstrate dashboard removal and usb cable installation in the stock cassette which is capable of operating usb flash drive but for some unknown reasons Mitsubishi decided not to use

Buy a Usb extension cable from computer shop about 10 to 20 LE ,cut the wire from third,thers is a shild wire like in dish cables and Four wire Red,Black,Green,white , to do a modified usb cable you should wire Red with Black and Green with white ,the shild wire is not changed , thats it ....be carfull to wire both cuted ends not same end ...Good Luck

Thanks I installed it exactly as described and it works, however it seems like there is a cable that is ready for the purpose and is sold by Mitsubishi

Hello , I have a problem with my newly bought lancer , I hear annoying sound (like vibration) from the dashboard exactly behind the steering wheal. Do you have any idea how to troubleshoot?

yes, noises are caused by the vibration of the lower steering column cover, you need to press it firmly with the upper part and give it a little shake until they fit perfectly again

Michael Zarif as described below but if u really cant do it they sell the original cable now at accessories shops esp the ones from the lancer group on fb :) around 80egp i think

العفو على ايه انا لقيته عند البياعين اللى فارشين على الرصيف جنب المولات واسمه كابل يو اس بى شارك معروف جداا هناك وانت كمان عارف شكل الفيشة بتاعته دلوقتى من الكاسيت

طريقه تظبيط الكابل في فيديو لو سمحت كدا الواحد مستفادش حاجه كل الفكره اصلا في عمل الكبل عشان مش متوفر كب الفك و الت كيب دا سهل و منتشر ولكن ازاى تعمل الكابل نفسه عشان يبقى متناسق مع الكاسيت و شكراا.. يا اما شرح كتابه بالعربي

الكابل بقى بيتباع خلاص فى السوق عادى وهتلاقى فى التوفيقية باسعار من 15 ل25ج :)
