Yes, actually this design dates back to the mid-1980s. The font used in the floor indicator seems to deviate from those symbolic of Mitsubishi, though the flashing on arrival is utilized.

In Hong Kong as safety is the most important concern, even newer elevators with sensors also have bumpers in case the sensors fail or as a secondary safety guard.

otis makes bumpers too but yeah I mostly see them on dover. oh and so does schindler Ive seen very rarely but older schindler have bumpers never seen them on montgomery or westinghouse there used to be on the glass one in monroville mall but they got scenors now

I believe the "H" level may be for superstious reasons as some people do not lie the number "13"
