how can you adjust or bring back clutch to its factory setting after clutch lining replacement?

There's an alignment tool together with the clutch kit, so that we can easily center the clutch dics into the pressure plate. Or you can align it manually without any tool alignment or you can improvise an alignment tool.

Hi. My Mitsubishi triton 4X4 2007 model just replacement all that stuff. Like Clutch lining, Pressure plate , Pilot bearing , Release bearing , Rear main seal and also the transmission oil. My problem is when I drove my car then I shift to 3rd gear around 1,500 RPM the whole car vibrate. No problem in 1-2nd gear and 4-5th year. Just the 3rd gear. Can you help me? Thanks

When you shift to third gear it's not crunchy? Apart from vibration can you hear any noise from the gearbox?

no its not crunchy when I shift everything is smooth and about the noise I cant tell if its from the transmission cause when I hit the 3rd gear in about 1,500rpm inside the car really vibrates. Something like humming like that.

It might be the gearbox output shaft that holds the 3rd gear. Might be worn. We have a case like yours but it's long time ago, a Navara. We replace the output shaft, etc. But in your case I’m not actually sure if its the same problem with yours, cause we haven’t diagnose it ourselves.

@@CJDelao The mechanic diagose its the transmission support or the engine support might be worn out because in high speed the vibration is totally gone.

Hi mate. How can someone seek help from you about the same car you have done in this vedio. Any conta details. We have replaced a cluch plates in 4/4 Mitsubishi Triton Mannual . We had first removed the gearbox pull it down remove flywheel replace the plates. Now we have everything same as we opened it . It was hard when we put it back. Now the question is the car is not starting the engine after turning ignition on we tried to turn on engine the starter motor tried to rotate but can’t do that. The flywheel is stucked and can’t be moved even from front pulleys. Please help if you can . Thanks In Available

Did you force the trans. When putting it back? Or did you use bell housing bolts to push back the trans. Into its position?

@@CJDelao Hi Thanks for your Reply. It been a while saw your reply today. It was sorted out. The problem was with flywheel and pilot bearing. When we sent out the flywheel for machining they mistakenly put the different plates (little plates on the center side of bearing) that caused the engine to start. We did open up everything and reassembled
