She had been fighting nonstop for hours and she knew she couldn’t actually kill it because it’s not the main body. She would have killed it within minutes if she was attacking the main body but she was the only one who could fight this part of the demon without dying in minutes. ​@@King_zozo the difference is that her mark was awaken and it takes up a lot of her energy plus she's fighting literally from night till morning. The demon she's fighting is also a lot stronger than tengen's opponent, I bet you mitsuri won't even flinch from the poison if she was the one fighting the demon siblings (it was explained that she has the most durable body of all the hashiras and the most flexible too) and you're forgetting that mitsuri fought that vase demon too before this one. Consider the factors before judging, mitsuri's opponent have literally about 6 to 8 techniques while tengen's opponent only does short range combat and poison on his scythe, a very predictable opponent. Try reversing their opponents, mitsuri would easily clap tengen's opponent basing on her fighting style especially that bending sword a scythe won't stand a chance, now would tengen be able to take down a multiplying opponent, and when you thought you defeated them all they merged into one demon with several techniques? Remember tengen lost a hand on a 1v1 because he's fighting style is predictable (the demon figured out he's left-handed even though he's using two blades lol) that multiplying demon would have killed tengen easily with that shockwave technique that mitsuri shielded her body for tanjiro and the others which is her only injury from fighting till morning (the wound on her forehead). Tengen's fight is just very flashy compared to mitsuri's, but the power levels are different so stop with this dumb edits.

That’s because Tanjro didn’t achieve a demon slayer mark during Uzui vs gyutaro at that certain point as it’s stated that a demon slayer mark appears after a sun breather as achieved it (in the past was Yorichii who was born with it) but in this case tanjiro and then it starts spreading on others like a “virus” (I forgot the specific word they used to describe the demon slayer mark spreading). Tanjiro onky awakened his mark after this scene which was the end of the battle when he cut gyutaro’s head off and tengen was obviously out after that to achieve a mark which is why Muichiro and Mitsuri got they marks it was after this point when tanjiro achieved his demon slayer mark

I would say she lasted around 20min-1hr just to be on the safe side, but I would still imagine it would be pretty hard to even last a few minutes, considering the fact that you have fend off multiple dragon heads that are around same power level as an upper moon. You would have to be moving so much, I wouldn’t be surprised if a hashira lost their stamina pretty quickly. Plus the fact you can’t end the fight when you want to because the body you’re fighting isn’t even the real body. Mitsuri would had died without her mark but she had to endure 39C body tempt, which is basically a high fever, and 200BPM, that’s enough to killed any normal humans. Muichiro stated “survival is the key difference that separates those that are marked and those who fail to awaken it” this proves that many have died trying to awaken the mark, the fact the matter is, it’s pretty impressive she done all of that Although I think my argument is kinda weak because idc right now, it gives quite the clear point
