I first heard of this shabad almost 20 years ago sitting in my Auntie’s car with my late dear departed Mom but it was a part of Dya Singh’s album and the whole thing hit me like a tornado & until this very day gladly, I am still stuck to Dya Singh Ji’s vocals especially for this particular shabad . Awal Allah Nur Upaya is another fine example of how Dya Singh Ji’s method can help our younger kids to at the very least get a better understanding of Sikhism.
