I dont get why everyone thinks the VATS in Fallout 3 and new vegas are bad, the only reason why you miss at 95% is because theres an invisible hitbox (usually aaround a corner) thats extended past the original objects collision view, and thats what causes you to miss, but thats easy its happened to me enough times to know that i should not shoot in VATS from cover behind a wall, if you are an experienced player and youre trying to shoot from behind cover in VATS youre just asking for it to miss and you should have only yourself to blame

You can bypass the master lock inside the prydwin to get the mini nuke behind the counter by initiating a melee fist attack in VATS onto the vendor and the animation teleports you behind the counter. In order to prevent the BHOS from becoming aggressive once you teleport inside you can press tab to cancel the attack. Steal all the loot you want and do the same trick on someone that is outside the cage and you get your mini nuke.

@@bluethunderbolt9631 I actually found an ammo box that contained not 1, not 2, not even 3, BUT 4 FUSION CORES...... in the escape tunnel at the Railroad HQ underneath The Old North Church. Very, very, useful seeing as how I had only one left and 2 sets of power armor to split it between. Also, I don't have the scrounger perk. I was like, WHAAAAAAAAT?!? Word. Gimme that...........and proceeded to walk right out the door without my armor, despite it being like 10 feet away and ready for battle. I'm not going back.

Sato Yuu - You'd have to 1st sneak follow a Mammoth around for hours, then get Jenassa & "Healing Hands" because she'll be doing all the fighting while you cower behind, healing her as fast as possible. Then get "Poison Rune" , "Vampire's Bane" & "Guardian Circle"(Expert Lvl) Putting every perk & gathering all gear into sneak & magic related perks I think you'd stand a chance. For all the pain, anguish & boredom you'll suffer trying such a task I think I'll let someone else do it & watch the video you make later. Much much later.

If you do a run like this in the future you should use the Eyebot Pod from the Automatron DLC to track down any item (in this case mini-nukes) that you would need to complete the challenge.
