Ingredients:
For the test:
Butter - 130 g
Wheat flour - 250 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Sugar - 50 g
Vanilla sugar - ½ teaspoon
For filling:
Pumpkin puree - 300 g
Condensed milk - 320 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Bake the pumpkin pie in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the pie for another 50 minutes (until the pumpkin filling hardens).
