•Usage: Perfect as a topping for toast, yogurt, oatmeal, or ice cream, or as a filling for cakes & pastries.
INGREDIENTS
Plum (aloo bukhary) 1 cup
Mangoes (aam) 1 cup
Apple (saib) 1 cup
Peach (aarhu) 1 cup
Dry/fresh Apricot (khubani) 8-10
Grapes (angoor) 1 cup
Water (pani) 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Citric acid (tatri) 1/4 tsp
Sugar (cheeni) 1&1/2 cup
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine all the fruits, lemon juice, and citric acid.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Cook and cover it for 10-15 minutes or until the fruits are soft and the mixture thickens.
4. Use regular blender to make puree.
5.Now melt the sugar well and add the blended pulp to it and cook until its color turns dark.
6. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a clean, sterilized jar.
7. Store in the refrigerator for 1 month.
Tips:
- Use any combination of your favorite fruits.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
- Add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
- Use this jam as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or ice cream.
