Gonna try this! I use coarse salt to clean my cast iron skillet (never ever soap!!) so you’re definitely onto something 🧂

ok so what i do is get a dish rag wet add a tich of dish washing detergent the sprinkle baking soda onto the pan and scrub. TaDa! same results.... this is an old home cleaning advice we got years and years ago. you don't need to go through all this.

A DIY VIM, thanks. I know someone that could use this. I'm going to use it on my gas stove to clean the grease off.

塩分でヒリヒリして、素手では洗えないし重曹のせいで水切れが悪い。食器用洗剤に戻すのは余計なお世話。

The conversion is 3.38 oz per 100 ml. So just use 4oz or 3 oz. I'm a Canadian so I have both units of measuring cups. Also, a converter app helps also.

Mike, 100 grams = 2/3 cup (for the soap and for the water, each). (Chase)
