@@AndysHomebrewKitchen - Oooooh! That would be nice! More work in a way, as you have to keep track of the footage and the editing is a longer haul & it might take a long time to upload depending on the software you use, your connection etc, but as a viewer I can only applaud the idea! A little update on my brewing landscape: banana mead is almost completely clear, I’m going to check up on it tomorrow and might either bottle it, or tweak it with vanilla and lactose. Maybe play with the acidity as well. The tart cherry mead has stopped fermenting so I need to check it as well. The spiced metheglin is slowing down, I might rack it off the spices so I will give it a little taste and see if that needs doing. I’m keeping an eye on the price of passionfruit, expecting it to drop after Christmas which means I could start the passionfruit mead I’ve promised my daughter. I’ll be hopping over to a frozen foods supplier as well, they might have passionfruit pulp available which could significantly lower the price… passionfruit mead is my daughter’s favourite of everything I’ve brewed since she started drinking my brews. If possible I want to make 1.5 to 2 UK gallons of the stuff.

That looks like its going to be delicious. I currently have a batch of double charred oak (2 levels of toast/charr) bulk aging cyser mead about to rack for bulk againg . Each a gallon. then I have 3 liters of grape/apple wine I need to rack n bottle or bulk age . I swear the hardest part is waiting.
