Ok, now I need even more supplies! Love these magicals. Oh, I know how you felt with your little girl. My son, 20, is doing his advanced pastry course, and I have not seen home since July. Well he came home this weekend, and I was crying before he even got off the plane!! His 1st words to me was: "really mom, you should be smiling, not crying"!

I just wanted to say I found your channel a few weeks ago, and I love it. I relate to your method of feeling things and letting them evolve rather than planning. I work with clay mostly and I use a very similar method. My graduation project was titled "The Beauty of Imperfection" and discussed experimenting, and how things evolve in to the finished piece. It's more about the process than the end product for me. I find when I'm watching I'm learning most about the small changes that make big impact shading, adding contrast etc., things that I dont really use in my 3-D work. I find that you often say what I'm thinking. You address things I have yet to identify and when you do I always feel "yes that is what it was". Which means through you, I am learning to see, interpret and address why I feel the way I feel about a piece and how to make to more appealing to me. So thank you!

All of my life I have tried to learn crafting from right handed instructors, which meant that i had to adapt my way of thinking and doing. I find it a pleasure to watch and learn from a lefty.

brendagail0811 my sister is a lefty and we did pretty good with sitting facing each other so we mirrored each other’s movements but I see what you mean cuz I have to adapt a little when learning from left handlers. I’m the only right handed one in my family. My grandmother wrote right handed but did everything else left. They used to think you were evil if you were left handed so she got smacked with a ruler every time she used her left hand.

Marta, you're creativity is amazing. First, as a right handed person, watching you wotk with your left hand surprisingly is easier for me. The view of what you're doing is completely unobstructed. so no worries about being bothered. Secondly, I am love with the magicals and all those Finnabair stamps! I love circles and use them all the time. Oh how I wish my bank account could make room for both of those. Lastly, the dry gesso tip is wonderful. It's amazing how such a small step made such a big difference. Please don't ever stop creating. ps...love the idea of a packaging journal.

I love your accent. In case you didn't know, left handed people are more often creative because of the side of the brain that is dominant. It is easier to watch a left handed person as their hand doesn't get in the way. Only about 10 % of the population is left handed. I am left handed and so happy to see another on KZbin.

Working with your left hand does not concern me, it doesn't change the creating process watching for me. I have lefties in my family, so I am used to it really. It's lovely no matter what or how you do it Marta. I love watching you building layers and textures and colors. Marta, we are so lucky to learn from you and be here with you,and trust me when i say,you are so talented and you entrance us all, we didn't notice you were left handed until we watched many videos, most of us i bet...me at least. and i'm sure some didn't notice until you mentioned it, but for me at least, it doesn't make a difference in the slightest and i'm right handed.

Being left handed makes it easier to see what you are doing. Most right handed people tend to cover the page with their hand and arm. Love your videos. I don't have magicals but I do gave colorburst and some other brand of powders that I have not used much, must get them out again and play.

The black always makes whatever you do 'ping' ! I'm like you too I'm very impatient whatever I'm doing I want them finished 😂. Your tale about when you went to collect Emily from the airport had me filling up with tears. I got emotional for you and could relate to what you were saying and feeling. Wait till she gets married and has a family believe me you will be even more emotional because grandchildren bring a different love that's so intense it's surprises you!
