But what if my eyebrows are naturally very dark, coarse and dense 😧 I couldn't even fill them in if I tried because they are too dense. So if I did a little around the outside (for shape) with a lighter color it would look very odd. I can't put it through my whole brow.

I have dark brown almost black brows and I am pale. I use blonde or light brown (cool toned) brow products. They show up darker than you would expect without making the brows looking filled in with sharpies. I usually use pomade or tinted brow gel. You could also just use an eyeshadow and use it as a brow powder.

Hi Kim, these suggestions were only based on Hair color, not skin tone. Either way, I still would suggest trying a shade lighter regardless❤️

I used clear setting gel for the first time, and it looks very bad! And weird. I don't think greasy laminated eyebrows look good or natural in any universe. They almost look like car stickers stuck to my face. It reminds me of someone slicking back their whole head of hair with gel. Yuck. We gotta bring natural, dry, airy eyebrows back. I'm down for a tiny bit of pencil or eye shadow if done really conservatively... That's just me.

I can’t believe I haven’t been setting my brows all this time!!!! 🤯 Thank you! Also though…I’m shocked y’all skipped right over brow pens!!! I could not live without my brow pens now! Haha! I use a pencil to fill in my brows and then I go in with a thin felt tipped pen to make realistic brow hairs in the front and throughout. My favorites are the NYX Lift & Snatch Brow Pen and the Urban Decay Brow Blade (which has an amazing pencil on one end and a perfectly thin pointed pen on the other). I love them both but I couldn’t live without my Urban Decay Brow Blade in Taupe Trap (although I like the Cool Cookie shade too when my hair is darker). The NYX is cheaper BUT it’s only the pen while the Urban Decay is a pen and a pencil. Plus it’s on sale right now actually on the Urban Decay website! (I just stocked up 😂)

Filling my Brows was a game changer! I can just fill them in and be done with my makeup lmao 😭😆. It just makes your face structured and not flat 🥰. Hi Nikki La Rose! Regarding where you want your brows to start, should it start from the side of your nose or the outside of each nostril? I replayed the video; however, it is hard to determine the starting point, due to the angle of the camera. Love to have others feedback, as well.
@an1sssa2 жыл бұрын
I think it’s generally the outer part of the tip of your nose if that makes sense, if you started at the outside of each nostril they may be too far apart depending on the person! :)

Aw not doing anything isn't a mistake. I finally learned to embrace a bare face in my mid 30s! I genuinely thought I looked bad with my untouched natural face so I forced myself to stop wearing makeup to unpack those feelings. it makes me sad that so many girls and women have internalized these societal messages. But I do love all the tips shared for when I want to do a little extra and change it up! Thank you!
